Suggestion:

Since this appears to be a thorn in your side, mayhap you would just post 
the questions you have in mind for the people you are interested in 
receiving answers from and go from there.

This blame game is getting old and rather silly, IMHO.

Stop waiting for someone to give you permission for something you want to do 
and be a man about it, already.  GO DO IT!
