[Vision2020] Enrollment

Dale C makes some really snide remarks about the enrollment being down in 
the Moscow School District and has in the past made snide remarks regarding 
the test scores in public schools on his blah! site.

What I'd like to know, is:

What is Logos' enrollment - down, again - due to?
Since the enrollment AND test scores are down at Logos, to what does Dale 
attribute this trend?

Do I expect answers to these questions, from him?  No, especially 
considering I have asked them before.
