[Vision2020] 2007 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees

It turns my stomach that Patti Smith is mentioned in the same company as the 
nauseatingly vulgar Joe Tex (of Disco Tex and the Sex-o-lettes, whose 
mid-70s single "I Gotcha!" was a paean to harassment and assault, plus had a 
really sucky bass line . . . )

All this talk about conservative celebrities (Sammy Hagar, Ted Nugent,
for example) prompted me to share a little something I discovered this
week.

Van Halen is finally getting inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of
Fame!

Okay, at least they are nominated, but a guy can hope, can't he?

Not bad, but what about Ted Nugent?  Still a glaring omission . . .
