[Vision2020] Trick or Treat muggings

Mystic;

Did I understand that the "boys" were caught?  If so, are they from Moscow 
or the immediate area?  Do you know who they are?  In this instance, I 
really think the community should know just who these shining examples of 
"proper upbringing" are.
