[Vision2020] A Swan Dive ?

Several months ago there was quite a flap on a local conservative blog site  
about the suffering and ill-treatment of  Vision 2020 contributor, Ed Swan,  
at the hands of the villainous  Washington State University College of  
Education. Thanks to some clever Googling and dogged research on the part of  Joan 
Opyr,  interested readers can assess  Mr. Swan's (aka Ed Cooper)  credibility
