[Vision2020] Not Votng anymore-Waste of Time

Well, I'll bet you a beer that the winning candidate(s) do care, and then 
I'll bet you another beer that they will be serious during their term, and 
then I'll bet you a beer that's it's going to be a hot summer.  And them
