[Vision2020] Council Must Reject Rezone

Mr. Hansen,
   
  How come 2/3 of the companies that do business with Chile for tuna are paying more than Wal_mart for the tuna yet none of their dollars are going to clean up?
   
  I have a hunch that if Wal-Mart was charged 50% more for their tuna that not one dime would go to clean up either.
   
  I appears the problem and solution rests with the actions of the federal government of Chile, not Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart gives them a huge chunk of change. It is up to Chile to do what is correct or not correct with those dollars.

Let's put in terms of groceries, then: $.30 can of tuna vs. $.50 can of
tuna. It's a better comparison anyway, because both are the same product and
both will be consumed and forgotten. 

Bottom line: increased disposable income, which leads to increased
prosperity in the region.
