[Vision2020] continuing water discussion

Ok, as much as I hated doing so, I fertilized my lawn on Sat. (to the suggestion of Chris).  I have some drought resistant grass seed but I need to wait a couple of weeks before I can spread it out since I just fertilized (right?).
