[Vision2020] Palouse River Drive park update

Visionaries,

I haven't really had time to keep up to speed on the Vision lately, so
hopefully this isn't redundant...

The Fields Planning Committee has unanimously (with one abstention) agreed
on recommendations regarding the Palouse River Drive park project. The
Committee's recommendations are available online at

Further information regarding the Palouse River Drive park project,

The Committee will be presenting its recommendations to the City Council
next Monday, April 3. I would strongly urge the Council to approve the
Committee's recommendations, as I think they represent a very good
"compromise plan" for the park project.
