[Vision2020] Babies Leaving Early/Donations?

I would like to sugges that since we have been told of two babies going Home 
early, we help the families of these children by opening a donation account 
for the famiilies.  I realize the one funeral is being provided for by 
Shorts (thanks for that - great people there) but nothing was mentioned 
about the other family.  I understand there may be an account set up for the 
Browns(?)  Roger....can you let us know what we can do, if anything, to help 
these people?
