[Vision2020] Moscow's Ten Business Commandments

    Attention business owners and developers  looking to locate in Moscow. The city's reputation for being  anti-business and overly regulatory is entirely exaggerated. If a  person or entity wishes to establish a new business in Moscow they only  need to follow Moscow's Ten Business Commandments. 
       
      Moscow’s Ten Business Commandments
       
      1)      Thy  business must meet all the city's incoherently written and arbitrarily interpreted and enforced regulations for zoning
      2)      Thy  business must not take any parking spaces
      3)      Thy  business must not impact traffic
  
      4)      Thy  business must be in an existing building ill suited for your business needs
  
      5)      Thy  business must have a positive impact on the environment
      6)      Thy  business must not use any water or any other natural resources
  
      7)      Thy  business must provide jobs that pay at least five times the minimum wage
      8)      Thy  business must not be located next to anyone's home that may not like the thy business
  
      9)      Thy  business must be less than 50,000 sq. ft. and not be in the shape of a box.
   
      10)  Thy  business must provide jobs only to those with at least 6 years of  college and 10 years of experience in a narrowly defined field
