[Vision2020] Ah, somemore thoughts

Just another thought, before DJA pipes in here, which I AM SURE he will....

If, for whatever reason, WalMart does not succeed in getting it's new super, 
maga, collosal, whatever, would NSA be willing to offer people outside of CC 
jobs?  I mean, according to SOME, WalMart is the reason students move here - 
what better way to show support for Moscow and incourage more people to move 
here, than to have a college that has students already spending SO much 
money on the town, actually PROVIDE JOBS TO SAID TOWN'S FOLK.
