Gee, G -

You came dangerously close to understanding my claim.

Let me expand on it. If Alturas Park or some other techie-oriented entity
were to develop/expand within that 77-acre parcel that is under
consideration, it may attract other technological/professional business(es)
to join them in establishing a techno-professional zoning district within
Moscow. Can you imagine the potential? I didn't think so.

What Moscow needs is a techno-professional zoning district that does more
than greet its customers with "Welcome to Wal-Mart" and whose research goes
beyond "Will you have fries with that?"

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving
safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in
sideways, chocolate in one hand, a drink in the other, body thoroughly used
up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO. What a ride!'"
