[Vision2020] Governor Kempthorne chosen as Secretary of the Interior

This is breaking news, but President Bush has chosen
Idaho Governor Dirk Kempthorne to replace Gale Norton
as the Secretary of the Interior.

I'm still waiting to hear when Dirk would leave office in
Idaho or what this might mean for the Governor's race.
Lt. Gov Jim Risch would serve as Governor for the remainder
of the term. He had previously announced he would not be 
running for Governor and has filed for Lt. Governor.
