[Vision2020] Unclear P & Z Notice

Kit is correct (again).
The Commons development (which was referenced in the legal notice) is a
classic "smart growth" housing unit that preserves about 7 acres of open
space adjoining PCEI on Rodeo Drive on the east side of N. Polk.  I think
this is a great project.
Whatever Doug Wilson has planned is on the west side of N. Polk, adjacent to
his home.  I understand this plan is some kind of barracks/dorm/housing
situation....
