  According to wal-mart.com, the closest Wal-Mart to Grangeville with a  pharmacy is the one in Lewiston, so this should be the one closest to  Dixie too. Someone from Dixie would find an alternative pharmacy closer  than that in Grangeville (Irwin Drug Inc), and would find multiple  pharmacies other than Wal-Mart in Lewiston itself.
