Could I made a suggestion or two, here?  If Phil sent someone an e-mail 
offline or privately, keep it that way.  It seems to me if he wanted it 
published, he wouldn't have said "OFFLINE" or "PRIVATE" in the first place.  
I am sure if you feel the need to "defend" Phil by using private 
conversations, you didn't know him very well.

Also, taking something someone said but then changed their mind on or, (as 
Joan AND Miss Rosemary AND Miss Keely have said numerous times,) have grown 
since making the original e-mails, is a bit stupid.  People change for a lot 
of reasons and to continue to hang them on a past comment either made in 
error, lack of education or anger is plain and simply not fair.  I am sure 
those saying "Hang high by their past comments" would not like to have their 
words thrown back at them in the future if they have come to have new and 
enlightened thoughts on a subject...like I have said in the past

Let he who has not sinned cast the first stone.

Just a thought or two in rememberence of a good person.
