I'll leave the 'sports salary caps' and shopping lists debate up to you.  My
comments about a level playing field and inferior goods disguised as quality
came from the book "The Wal-Mart Effect" by Charles Fishman.  Charles
Fishman is a senior investigative reporter for "Fast Company" magazine.  His
theory on unregulated capitalism is excellent.
