[Vision2020] Phill

I have been in correspondence with Phill for a while now and had the 
pleasure of meeting him face to face within just the last couple weeks. I 
was looking forward to getting together with him to hoist a few and have 
some  yucks just a little ways down the road. I guess the road stopped short 
early this morning. Damn shame. I'll be raising a glass or two tonight in 
his honor & memory and lamenting the fact that the road wasn't a lot longer.
