[Vision2020] Cell Phone Service

If you have had bad or good cell phone service from 
Verizon, I'd appreciate your reporting this to me 
OFFLIST. To be specific, is there good connectivity 1) 
throughout Moscow, and 2) throughout North Idaho? (I've 
figured out that Verizon is good in most places outside 
Idaho.) This is a private, low-budget, research project 
-- so a friend of mine can change her service provider. 
Publication of results and resulting fame is not 
presently plotted.
