Daniel,

I am not clarifying anything for Rose or speaking on her behalf, but I think 
what Rose was referring too on Dale "Comb Over" Courtney's blahg was the 
repeated use of a picture that is the property of Tom Hansen.  Her point, at 
least how this government educated person interprets it as, was that you 
were asking Tom to remove an image that is your personal property that he 
used without permission, however, you were not willing to ask Dale to remove 
images that he has used without permission.  Not only has Dale used the 
image, but Dale has also edited them from the original format.

The sword cuts both ways.  If you really want Tom to remove an image that is 
yours, then maybe Dale should remove images that are not his.  Dale often 
times uses images from the Idaho Statesman, the Daily News, and Tribune, the 
Spokesman Review, and other places that he obviously does not own.

The bottom line is this, if you want the images removed, encourage Dale to 
remove the images that are not his personal property.
