One hour parking downtown? Humm, nothing like inhaling food when out on  a date at a downtown restaurant. I won't bring up the fact that movies  and plays are are longer, they could come back and watch the second  half at another showing. I suppose you want me to pay more taxes to  enforce more regulations too?
