Hi Dr. Trail & Visionaries,

Thanks for sharing this information with us -- I appreciate it! I was aware
of some of the recently passed legislation, and I appreciate knowing about
the rest so that I can learn more.

I was wondering if you could shed some light on recent revelation regarding
the unescorted/unsupervised release of incarcerated sexual offenders to
attend therapy in our community and nearby communities?

Generally speaking, I think I'm a fairly informed citizen regarding the
issues of predatory crimes, particularly those that target children.
However, I was utterly gobsmacked to learn that incarcerated predatory
offenders like Steven Sitler are allowed out of jail with absolutely no
supervision to attend therapy. I believe this is something very, very few
Idaho citizens know is going on.

Is it only in Latah County where this is happening, or does it happen around
the state? And, what about rapists -- are they being released unsupervised
as well?

More importantly, what can be done to stop this heinous practices that
endangers the children in every community where this INSANE practice is
allowed?

Sincerely,
Saundra Lund
