FW: [Vision2020] Obvious reasons

Shirley Ringo and Tom Trail;

Care to comment on this? Possibly suggest a bill be introduced to remedy
this situation so that perps are ESCORTED to the counseling? Perhaps that
the counseling should happen AT THE JAIL?

The Providers are getting OUR tax money - a chunk of it at that. Seems to
me they should be required to make the effort to go to the jail instead the
other way around. The idea is to PROTECT the citizens from these creeps -
not give them any, ANY kind of opportunity to commit more crimes or even
escape.

J  :]
