How can Mr. Wilson claim to be qualified to train-up anyone, J? 
 
Don't we all do that with our children?  Even strangers from time  to time?  
Empathy and sensitivity is the bulk of what's required.   One's possible lack 
of a given credential does not necessarily mean that they  are unqualified to 
render such mentoring.
 
To suggest otherwise hints at a bit of intellectual snobbery on your part,  
I'm afraid.
 
Let's lighten up on this Sitler business until the system has had a full  
chance to explore the case and hopefully, render a just verdict.
