[Vision2020] Ped/Bike transportation options

Don't know...if there was, it was on UI property and not readily accessible 
to the general public much less situated in a generally traveled place.  I 
suggest we have such a set-up along a trail that leads from the East side of 
town to the West.

Parks-Rec people care to comment on this?  It is possible?
