[Vision2020] 911 Arrest Continued

Greetings Joe, 

You are most wise and noble. How did you guess that the name of my school was
"Public School"  Your question couldn't have been stated better. "Just like a
brick", that's what I say. I was once told that the word deter meant, well to
deter. As a result of your question, I know this is now not true. There are
rebellious ones out there though. We must defeat them. They must be stopped.
For example, I recently read this definition of deter "To prevent or
discourage from acting, as by means of fear or doubt:"

But, we know when we discourage someone from doing something, they always
listen.
