[Vision2020] Authority To Preach

Keely,

Does the authority of scripture come into play with regard to determining if 
someone has the authority to preach?  J Ford seemed to appeal to scripture.  
If the Spirit is God's Spirit you speak of, would not the scriptures and the 
Spirit line up with another and agree?
