Not surprisingly, this is completely false. It would require a skilled
armorer/artificer/gunsmith, and a fairly well equipped machine shop to
convert an AR15 to it's military configuration. Without a license, it also
requires the willingness to risk a $100,000 fine, ten years in prison and
the permanent loss of your right to own firearms and vote. (unless Hilary
gets her way) Anything but "child's play." I too, agree with Dick, anything
to stir the pot.
