I agree, Mr. Eiselein.  Most companies do recognize good employees and
reward them accordingly.  It generally is the minority of companies that
makes the overall picture look grim.

 

An employee is not concerned with what a majority of companies are, or are
not, doing.  Employees are concerned about what THEIR employer is, or is
not, doing.

 

Using that same broad "paint brush" that you apply to companies (pronounced
"management"), most unions strive for a working and mutually beneficial
rapport and relationship with company management.  If you still disagree,
would you care to provide a local example?
