Carl, Where were these 3,100 Wal-Mart employees getting there health 
coverage before becoming gainfully employed at the big W? Do you imagine 
that they all held top flight BlueCross-Blue Shield health plans and gave 
them up for an opportunity to have a career at wal-mart?
