[Vision2020] City Council and the Pledge

Sunil and Steven, you've forced me to make an online citizen's arrest.  Put 
your hands up.  Drive yourselves to the nearest police station and turn 
yourseves in.  Oh, wait.  Put your hands down to do that.  Then put them up
