Ms. Lund,
  I was referring to before donations were solicited. I realize that now 
that the most expensive money of all,"free money" and contributions have 
been poured into it that we are pretty much stuck with this giant cash sink 
hole. While I personally would still favor trying to sell it off to recoup 
what ever we could, I realize the difficulties with that course of action 
and acknowledge that it's not likely to happen.
