Carl

Thank you was not a 1960's tune, it was the begining of Funk rock and though
released in December of 1969, it hit top chart in February 1970. Its a lot
different than the earlier tunes like Everyday People, Dance to the Music or
I want to take you higher. It was the start of the great set of early 70's
tunes leading to such greats as Papa was a Rollin Stone by the Temptations
that took soul and Motown to Funkadelic sound.

So tell them all to put some stank on it and get down to the sla, of the
bassline.
