[Vision2020] And Phil

It seems you are working from the past (although I would need verification
of what you have said) and fueling your prejudices with your memories. Look
at what is happening to our country and who is responsible. Do you think
that Bush and this Congress is making our nation better?

We have a negative savings rate because people are living off of their
savings.

We have a yearly deficit of over 400 billion dollars and interest payments
on a ballooning debt that nearly matched that (352 billion is one figure I
heard) this year.

Every year we add to the number of people who cannot afford any health care
(48.2 million was the last number I heard). And health care is taking a
greater percentage of the income of those who can afford it than ever
before.

We have absolutely the most savage attack on all of our environmental
regulations occurring.

We have all of our manufacturing base leaving the country.

We have alienated most of the world.

We have a the very first preemptive war going on and the victim is a country
that was secured by sanctions and a no-fly zone for 10 years prior.

We have more corporate corruption going on than can even be explained.

We have ignored the plight of one of our own cities when the most
devastating natural disaster took them out.

We have an administration that directed tortured captives of the US.

We have Secret Prisons with who knows who locked up.

We have escalated the terrorist attacks world wide.

We have priced college out of reach for the impoverished.

We have our own government spying on us.

This is a partial list of the atrocities which we live under now. It is time
to use your analytical powers to look at the present situation Phil and time
to stop advoiding the issue. It is no longer just a game of verbiage this is
real. Our country is going down and you my friend are backing the dark horse
that is taking it under.

James
