[Vision2020] Its cooollllldddd!

My (outside!) thermometer read -8 deg F at 7 AM. This is 8 miles E of 
town, elevation 3000 ft, S side of Moscow Mountain. I suspect that my 
thermometer may read as much as 2 or 3 degrees low, but probably not 
more than that.
