Do you mean like serving honorably in the armed forces during an armed 
conflict, such as the Vietnam War and/or Iraqi War (that George seems too 
eager to recruit our sons, daughters, husbands, and wives)?

Al Gore served as an Army journalist in Vietnam.

George Bush was getting drunk and snorting cocaine while avoiding combat 
service.

This hypocracy thing, Mr. Nisbet?  You may be on to something.
