[Vision2020] Candidate, Former Marine, Says Bush Should Be Impeached

I read somewhere that when the articles of impeachment were written it was
noted that one of the most impeachable offenses a sitting President could be
tried for was leading the country to a war based on lies in which American
lives are subsequently lost. Hopefully I read this from my own library which
I will search this weekend. Has anyone else seen this?

Impeachment is not going to happen anyway because the congress has to
initiate it and this pathetic congress would rather our country be destroyed
than to admit the president is a criminal and proceed accordingly.
