[Vision2020] gay marriage initiative

"This just in:  the anti-gay marriage measure passed by more than 2/3
and will go to the voters."

Because the legislature doesn't have the balls to make a call one way or
the other.  "Let the voters decide."

Not that I really care one way or the other, but this is Idaho . . .

And if you care, I'll vote against it, because it's as dumb as a topless
ordinance.
