[Vision2020] New hunting protocols

It's kind of funny hearing the outraged response from the right about the 
press coverage of Cheney's misadventure.  If, during the Clinton 
administration, Vice-President Gore had done the very same thing, I rather 
imagine the Sean Hannitys and the Rush Limbaughs of the radio waves would be 
waxing vitriolic.  Ann Coulter would probably be advocating Gore's
