Bill

As a complete idea, why not have a charge on developments to fund a Parks
fund that would do both purchase and O & M costs. Allow those who opt for
planned unit development to opt out of the Parks fee. Allow not just parks
to be included as portions of the Planned unit development, allow riparian
and wetlands options. Add a further bonus of some sort for any and all
developments that preserve native prarie. Frabkly we cold even set up an
option for offiste in such developments if prarie conservation areas of
critical importance can be identified.

Just a few more thoughts.
