Ok, so apparently you are not a man of your word.  You asked for me to move 
onto more public-minded issues - I did and yet you still slam me.  Go 
figure.

As far as saving tax-payer money - your "plan" would not do that.  It would 
be the City who provided the paint and the labor as it is City property that 
the mess is on and THEY are responsible for providing for the cleaning-up of 
said property.  If it was on private things, that would be different, but 
even then a person could not just go upto said property and start painting 
over the mess some non-civic minded fool made.

Don't see you volunteering to do it, either.  There goes your mask of being 
civic-minded.
