[Vision2020] An Invitation

Visionaries, friends, and readers,

 

Greetings!  My apologies for sending an attachment, but I am not sure when
the file might appear on the Sheriff's Office website (though feel free to
not open the attachment and wait for the website to be updated-perhaps later
this week).  Attached is an invitation to a leadership seminar we are
hosting in partnership with The Results Group, Ltd. (their website, www.
<http://www.theresultsgroupltd.com/> theresultsgroupltd.com/, explains who
they are and their mission far better than I can).  I encourage those of you
who are community leaders, business owners, or who are concerned about the
future of Latah County, to attend the seminar.  The seminar will be held on
January 16th at the Latah County Courthouse in room 2B from 8:00 am to 5:00
pm.  There is no charge to attend, but we do ask that you reserve a spot by
contacting me. 

 

We will cover a number of topics ranging from strategic issues facing Latah
County to developing a common mission and goals.  Having attended training
offered by The Results Group, Ltd., in the past, I am impressed that they
view law enforcement as a community partnership rather than an "us versus
them" divisive force in a community.  The leadership and outreach principles
that the Group teaches have become fundamental to how Sheriff Rausch has
changed LCSO to work better for Latah County residents.  So, if you're
interested in learning about why we do some of the things we do and why we
made some of the changes we made in the past couple years, here's a chance
to learn and to be part of our growth.

 

Again, the seminar is being held January 16, 2007, at the Latah County
Courthouse room 2B from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (08:00 to 17:00), and is free of
charge.  Please let me know if you're interested so I may add you to the
roster.
