invitation to a leadership seminar we are hosting in partnership with The

to attend the seminar. The seminar will be held on January 16<sup>th</sup> at
the Latah County Courthouse in room 2B from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is no

Group, Ltd., in the past, I am impressed that they view law enforcement as a
community partnership rather than an “us versus them” divisive
force in a community. The leadership and outreach principles that the Group
teaches have become fundamental to how Sheriff Rausch has changed LCSO to work
better for <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Latah</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">County</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> residents. So, if you’re
interested in learning about why we do some of the things we do and why we made
some of the changes we made in the past couple years, here’s a chance to
