[Vision2020] [CORRECTED] IdahoPTV to Air Legislature on Web

These Legislative web streams were online last year. Unfortunately in
our single party dominated Legislature it is somewhat rare for
meaningful debate to occur on the floor. Now if they could air all
the committee sessions, and place a camera in the rotunda where the
lobbyists hang out...
