Perhaps the governor-elect can hide from the people of Idaho.  We are
thankful that the state House and Senate no longer can.

IdahoPTV to air Legislature on Web

Idaho Public Television will air all floor sessions of the 2007 Idaho
Legislature on a live video stream on its Web site.

The network announced last week that all House and Senate proceedings will
be available at www.idahoptv.org. 

"Live audio and video streaming on the IdahoPTV Web site from the floor of
the House of Representatives and Senate allow people anywhere in the state
to follow the procedures," the station said in a press release.

An audio-only live stream of state agency budget presentations to the Idaho
Legislature's Joint-Finance Appropriations Committee will also continue on
the Web site.

The Legislature made money available for the live feeds last year.

The program is a partnership among the Office of Legislative Services, the
state Department of Administration and Idaho Public Television.
