[Vision2020] the market approach to global warming

This is a link to a Washington Post article on how insurance 
companies are changing their policy writing due to global warming. 
Basically, they have stopped writing policies altogether or lowered 
the amount they will underwrite for coastal development on the east 
coast. In one instance, "coastal" means within 2500' of the ocean. 
Very interesting.
