Tom,

What a fun challenge!

Here's the rules: IDAHO CODE, TITLE 49, MOTOR VEHICLES, CHAPTER 6, RULES OF THE ROAD, 49-663. RESTRICTED USE OF NEIGHBORHOOD ELECTRIC VEHICLES ON HIGHWAYS. (1) It is unlawful to operate a neighborhood electric vehicle on any highway with a posted speed limit of over twenty-five (25) miles per hour. (2) It is unlawful for a person operating a neighborhood electric vehicle to cross any highway with a posted speed limit greater than twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

Here's the challenge: Figure out where in Moscow we can go in golf carts without using or crossing a street with a speed limit greater than 25. You could probably make it downtown; I can't, but I can get to the pool. I'm not sure either of us can get to work.

Perhaps we should just make the speed limit 25 citywide.

Philip
