[Vision2020] Mountain View and D

Why, then, is this NOT a problem at "D" and Hayes?  They have a 4-way stop 
and the traffic moves fairly well at all times of the day/night.  Plus, the 
children really are very good about stopping before they take to the street, 
watching the traffic.  Personally, I'd like to see that stop removed and put 
at "D" and Mt View.  I'm not sure where you are getting your stats regarding 
stop times, either.

Another good place for some kind of stop system is Mt. View and White Ave.
