[Vision2020] Public Works Meeting

Isn't that what Hoffman HAS to do as part of his development of 77 homes on 
Mt. View...ya know, where the machines and some supplies have been sitting 
for the past month or more?  That's IF he ever gets that project off the 
drawing board and into action.  Doesn't seem likely to be happening any time 
too soon - given his money issues.  Gotta be tough having one project 
funding another and not even having the money solidly in place for the first 
one to begin.  This is the guy Dougie-boy has entrusted for his planned 
community on N Polk Ext., aka, Wilsonvile.
